Likewise, you should never transmit personal information via email unless encrypted.
Be extremely suspicious of any e-mail that request information that could be used to still your identity. Never provide your identification information, Social Security Number, Personal Identification Number (PIN) or checking or savings account numbers in response to any such request.
If you receive a message supposedly from Valley Business Bank that asks for personal identifying information, do not respond to the message and immediately contact the bank at 1-877-752-0500 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
